To register for a Limited Company with Companies House, you need to provide the following information:-


Valid proof of ID and address:
Under the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) requirements, we are required to have a valid Proof of ID and address to process the company registration.

A unique company name:
Please choose a unique name for your company using the search option available on our home page.

Company address:
Every company should have a Registered Office Address that should be in the UK, where all the official correspondence will take place. The address must be a physical address that means, it must not be a PO Box address but an address where all the legal obligations can be fulfilled.
Nature of business:
You need to define the nature of your business activity (maximum 4) from the list of Standard Industry Classification codes.
Officer details:
A limited company must have at least one Director, minimum age for being a Director is 16 years. The following details are required for all the officers:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Service address
- Residential Address of the Directors
- Any 3 security questions of your choice and their answers
Shareholder details:
Details of shareholders, just like the directors must be provided along with the share holding
pattern.

(PSC) People with significant control
A person with significant control (PSC) is someone who owns or controls your company. They’re sometimes called ‘beneficial owners’. You must identify your PSC and tell this to Companies House. A company can have one or more PSC. If needed, we can assist you with the same.
